What is the 'On Demand' production model? We produce only what the customer buys from us. We ensure production without excesses and therefore sustainable. That is why each garment is made especially for you. That is why we do not have many garments in stock nor can you see all the colors in the product photos on our website. If you have any questions regarding colors or fabrics, do not forget to write to us at 5586430150.
What fabrics and colors do we work with? We work with natural fabrics such as 100% Linen and Handmade Blanket or chiffon. The colors are neutral and basic, white, bone, sand, terracotta and sage.
How to wash my clothes? Since we work with natural fabrics such as Linen or Blanket, we recommend washing them by hand.
What is the size? All our designs are one size fits all as they adapt perfectly to each woman's body due to their laces or elastics. They are pieces to be worn loosely, they are not made to fit close to the body. In any case, as each piece is made especially for each client, once you place your order you can contact us or leave us a message in the box and confirm your measurements (chest, waist, hips, length), for more security or place an order more personalized. Anyway we will contact you ;)
Why do we also have some clothes in stock? By having two physical stores we produce few pieces for display, so if you are lucky, you will find few units of any of them in stock.
How long does it take for my garment to arrive? Remember that you are buying a piece made especially for you, so, if the purchase is on demand, remember that the process may be a little slower than usual, your piece will be ready and shipped in a maximum of 7 days.
Can I customize my order? By having our own workshop you can personalize your dress purchased in our store or online store, whether with the size, color, fabric, type of lace or any other detail. For this, you will need to send us a message after making your purchase with all the details or let us know in the 'more order details' box in the cart.
